PUBLIC NOTICE Ref No: SSC/OJEE/2026/001 Date: February 1, 2026 Subject: Official Notification for OJEE Application Process at Authorized CSC Centre Sai Shreya Communication (A Unit of Sai Shreya Group Private Limited), in Accordance with the guidelines set by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Common Service Centres (CSC), hereby invites interested candidates to facilitate their Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) applications through our authorized centres. All candidates must adhere to the strict regulatory framework outlined below to ensure a valid and successful registration. 1. Mandatory Guidelines for Candidates Verification: Candidates must present original identity proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID) at the time of application. Accuracy: It is the candidate's responsibility to verify all data entries (Name, Category, and Stream) before final submission. The CSC centre will not be held liable for incorrect data provided by the candidate. Compliance: All applications will be processed strictly as per the latest OJEE and MCA-CSC operational protocols. 2. Fee Structure (Terms & Conditions) Candidates are required to pay two distinct components at the time of registration.

Payment Mode Examination Fee The official fee as prescribed by the OJEE Board. Digital / Cash Application Service Fee Processing and convenience charges for CSC assistance.

Terms of Payment: Non-Refundable : Once the application is submitted and the fee is paid, no requests for refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. Receipts: Candidates must insist on an official computer-generated receipt for both the Exam Fee and the Service Fee. No Hidden Costs: No additional charges beyond the mentioned fees are authorized by Sai Shreya Group Private Limited. 3. Submission Deadline All interested candidates are advised to complete their registration well before the official OJEE closing date to avoid last-minute server issues or technical delays.
