Key Responsibilities

• CTO's key responsibilities involve setting the overall technology vision, aligning tech strategy with business goals, driving innovation, managing infrastructure (IT, security, data), leading technical teams, and communicating tech plans to stakeholders, focusing on enhancing efficiency, competitiveness, and customer experience through technology.
• Technology Strategy & Vision: Developing and implementing a long-term technology roadmap that supports company growth, researching emerging trends, and ensuring tech investments drive business objectives.
• Innovation & Product: Overseeing R&D, fostering a culture of innovation, and guiding the development and implementation of new products or tech solutions.
• IT Infrastructure & Security: Managing systems architecture, cloud services, networks, and ensuring robust cybersecurity and data protection measures.
• Team Leadership & Culture: Building and mentoring high-performing tech teams, setting technical standards, and cultivating a forward-thinking tech culture.

Key Requirements
