Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Managing conflicts, grievances, discipline, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Overseeing manpower planning, hiring, and integrating new employees.
- Performance Management: Assisting with appraisals, performance improvement plans, and reward systems.
- HR Operations: Handling payroll, policy administration, documentation, and compliance.
- Departmental Support: Working closely with the HR Manager and other departments to execute HR strategies.
