Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and Indian labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
